Measured Surveys

We will carry out a measured survey of your property

....after the FREE first on-site consultation

We do this to establish a base plan to work off.

Sometimes existing plans are available but we need to ensure accuracy to make the most out of the space, we like to use every millimetre!

The measured survey should be booked in once we have been appointed.

You can do this by contacting us directly and we will do our best to accommodate your timescales.

If you are very busy, it's not necessary for you to be at home, so long as access can be arranged.

We are very respectful of your living spaces, please don't worry about a bit of mess, but do tell us if there is anywhere you would prefer we didn't go in your home.

If your site/property is extremely large or rural or requires complex terrain mapping we would ask one of our trusted consultants, Archidata to provide a quote for a Topographical Survey.

​

Specialist equipment is used to survey both the property and surrounding land levels.

This is normally needed in exceptional circumstances only.
